Torsion Springs are used primarily in rotary applications e.g. switches, they can be used to provide torque as well as load application with the addition of pitches between the coils. Applications vary from the traditional clothes pin, watches and heavy-duty doors. We can produce torsion springs in wire sizes 0.1 mm till 20 mm. Our design team can utilize our advanced CNC coilers to create sophisticated shapes so single and double torsion springs are possible.
Our torsion spring designs can utilize many different materials and surface finishes to tailor the product specification andperformance parameters to the specific nature of the application and operating environment.
